Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of, and use of the Website, without prejudice to the Holder’s right to modify the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use. Access to and/or use of the Website after the entry into force of its modifications or changes implies acceptance of the same.

However, access to and use of certain content and/or services may be subject to specific conditions. For the purposes of interpreting this Legal Notice, it is understood that a person becomes a user (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”) at the moment they accept this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

Responsibilities

The Holder is not responsible for information and content stored in forums, social networks, or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. However, in accordance with articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), the Holder undertakes to remove or, where appropriate, block any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or morality and public order. The company shall also not be liable for damages caused by errors or misconfigurations of software installed on the User’s computer. All liability for any technical incident or error that occurs when the User connects to the Internet is excluded.

Likewise, the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the website is not guaranteed. The User must at all times respect the terms and conditions established in these general conditions of use of the portal. The User expressly states that they will use the portal diligently and assumes any responsibility that may arise from non-compliance with the rules. Furthermore, the User may not use the portal to transmit, store, disseminate, promote, or distribute data or content that carries viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or impair the operation of any computer or telecommunications program or equipment.

Personal Data Protection

In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, all personal data provided during use of the website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Minors

In any case, access to and navigation of the Website by minors under fourteen (14) years of age is prohibited, unless they have prior express authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who shall be considered responsible for the acts carried out by the minors in their care, in accordance with current regulations. In any case, it is presumed that access made by a minor to the website has been made with prior express authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of the Holder, are expressly prohibited.

All content, trademarks, logos, drawings, documentation, computer programs, or any other element capable of protection under intellectual or industrial property legislation, which are accessible on the website, belong exclusively to the Holder, without any of the exploitation rights recognized by current intellectual property regulations being understood as transferred to the User.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Website is governed by the legislation in force in Spain.

The Holder and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the interpretation and application of this Legal Notice to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving their own forum if applicable.
